CI Capital Partners has acquired SavATree, a provider of tree, shrub and lawn care services. The management team of SavATree invested alongside CI Capital Partners and has a significant equity ownership in the company.
SavATree provides tree and shrub pruning, insect and disease management, deer deterrence, lawn care, and tree and shrub nutrient/fertilization programs to residential, commercial, community and government properties in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Midwest and Western regions of the US. SavATree was founded in 1985 has expanded its operations through both organic growth and eleven add-on acquisitions. The company, led by CEO Daniel van Starrenburg, has 25 offices in 12 states and is headquartered near New York City in Bedford Hills, NY (www.savatree.com).
