M&M Event Rentals, a Dubin Clark portfolio company, has purchased All Seasons Event Rental. Dubin Clark acquired M&M in March 2016 and the buy of All Seasons is the third add-on acquisition completed by the firm for M&M.
All Seasons rents tents, bleachers, scaffolding, staging, tables, chairs, linens, table top items, catering equipment, lighting and décor, and other special event‐related equipment to commercial customers including corporate accounts, sporting events, universities, caterers, event planners, special event venues and festivals. The company was founded in 1982 and is headquartered in Kansas City, KS (www.allseasonseventrental.com).
M&M Event Rentals provides tables, chairs, linens, tents, lighting, lounge furniture, catering equipment, and floral design for weddings, social parties, and corporate events in the Chicago metropolitan and Dallas Ft. Worth metroplex areas. The company was founded in 1982 and is headquartered in the Chicago suburb of Carol Stream (www.mmspecialevents.com).
