J.F. Lehman & Company has completed its buy of publicly-traded API Technologies, a maker of radio frequency, microwave, millimeterwave, power, and security products.
API’s systems, subsystems, modules, and components are used by defense, industrial, and commercial customers in the areas of commercial aerospace, wireless communications, medical, oil and gas, electronic warfare, unmanned systems, missile defense, harsh environments, satellites, space, and C4ISR (which in case you didn’t know stands for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance). Jefferies (www.jefferies.com) was the financial advisor and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati (www.wsgr.com) provided legal advice to API. Lazard (www.lazard.com) was the financial advisor and Blank Rome (www.blankrome.com) and Jones Day (www.jonesday.com) acted as legal advisors to J.F. Lehman.
