KLH Capital has partnered with Equis Capital Partners and the management team of Decora Industries (DBA Data Display Systems) to complete a recapitalization of the business.
Data Display is a provider of electronic video, audio, and lighting to the point-of-purchase displays and fixtures markets. The company was founded in 1968 and is headquartered in Philadelphia (www.dd-usa.com).
