Connexus Equity Management Partners has acquired Artisan Outdoor, a provider of outdoor maintenance services to the luxury home market.
Artisan Outdoor specializes in the design, installation and maintenance of all luxury outdoor living systems. Services include landscape, hardscape, lighting systems, pools, spas, water features, outdoor kitchen and cooking systems, fireplaces and fire pits, outdoor furnishings and audio/video entertainment systems. Artisan Outdoor will be led by Jim Neeld as President and Rob Henderson as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Neeld has 30 years of experience in the design and construction of outdoor living spaces for the luxury home market. Mr. Henderson will be responsible for sales, marketing and the day-to-day operations. As the majority investor, Connexus will be active in the operations of the company in order to assist Artisan in achieving its strategic and financial goals.
