Hunter’s Specialties, a portfolio company of Peak Rock Capital, has acquired Buck Bomb, a supplier of hunting attractants.
Buck Bomb’s product portfolio includes a range of scent attractants and feed attractants for deer, bear, elk, moose, coyote, fox, and hog. The company also sells a variety of related hunting accessories. The company’s products are sold through large and small retail outlets, independent dealers, and on the company’s website. Hunter’s Specialties – acquired by Peak Rock Capital in April 2014 – is a manufacturer and supplier of branded hunting products for mass merchant and sporting goods retailers and distributors. The company’s portfolio includes scent control products, game calls, attractants, wildlife management products, and general hunting accessories. Brand names include Hunter’s Specialties, Scent-A-Way, HS Strut, Johnny Stewart, Vita-Rack, and Wayne Carlton’s Calls.
