Jacobson Partners has acquired Swan Hose, a manufacturer of consumer and industrial hoses, from packaging products company Tekni-Plex.
Swan Hose is a developer, manufacturer, and marketer of consumer and industrial hoses serving home improvement and mass merchant retailers. Swan’s product portfolio includes garden, specialty and industrial hoses marketed under the Swan, WaterWorks, Element and Aero-Tube brand names, as well as on a private label basis.
