Dubin Clark & Company has acquired M&M Event Rentals in partnership with the company’s management team.
M&M Event Rentals is an event service company that provides tables, chairs, linens, tents, lighting, lounge furniture, catering equipment, and floral design for weddings, social parties, and corporate events in the Chicago metropolitan and Dallas Ft. Worth metroplex areas. The company was founded in 1982 and is headquartered in the Chicago suburb of Carol Stream (www.mmspecialevents.com).
The company’s former owners will remain active at M&M: Mike Berk will serve on the company’s board of directors, Seth Berk will stay on as president, and Scott Berk will remain as president of M&M’s Texas operations.

We plan to significantly invest in the business in the coming years.” According to Mr. Paris, Dubin Clark is actively seeking add‐on investments for M&M.
