Yukon Partners has promoted Elliot Lynch and Andrew Walker to Director and Adam Moorse and Nathan Weekly to Senior Associate.
Mr. Moorse and Mr. Weekly both joined Yukon in 2020 and are active evaluating new investment opportunities, coordinating due diligence, performing financial modeling, and monitoring portfolio companies. Before joining Yukon, Mr. Moorse was an analyst at Minneapolis-based investment bank TripleTree, while Mr. Weekly joined the firm from Piper Sandler’s diversified industrials and business services investment banking group.
Mr. Lynch and Mr. Walker are active at Yukon identifying, assessing, and executing new investment opportunities as well as monitoring portfolio companies. Mr. Lynch joined Yukon in 2018 after spending just over eight years at Minneapolis-based private equity firm ShoreView Industries. Mr. Walker joined Yukon in 2015 from Robert W. Baird & Co. where he was an investment banking analyst beginning in 2012.

Yukon Partners makes subordinated debt and minority equity investments of up to $60 million in middle-market, private equity sponsored businesses that have revenues from $30 million to $500 million and EBITDA from $5 million to $50 million. The firm’s typical transactions include buyouts, growth and platform strategies, recapitalizations, mergers and acquisitions, and public-to-private buyouts. Yukon Partners currently manages over $1.8 billion across four funds and has offices in Minneapolis, Boston, and West Palm Beach.
