Summit Park has added to its investment team with the hiring of Alex Sarkisian as a vice president.
Mr. Sarkisian will be active at Summit Park sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities, as well as monitoring the performance of the firm’s portfolio companies.
Before coming over to Summit Park, Mr. Sarkisian was busy earning his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Earlier, he was an associate at AEA Investors beginning in 2017 where he reviewed new investment opportunities, developed investment theses, conducted financial due diligence, and worked with portfolio company management teams. Prior to AEA, Mr. Sarkisian was a consultant at Bain & Company from 2014 to 2017. He began his career with Deloitte in 2012. Mr. Sarkisian received his undergraduate degree from Harvard College.
“We are excited to have Alex join us full time in Charlotte after completing business school. He made significant contributions during his summer internship with us, and we look forward to his contribution to the continued growth and success at Summit Park,” said Bob Calton, a co-founding partner at Summit Park.
Summit Park invests in lower middle-market companies that have operations primarily based in the Eastern half of the US and have revenues between $20 million and $100 million and EBITDA between $4 million and $12 million.
