Houlihan Lokey has hired Sean Murphy to lead its transaction advisory services practice. Mr. Murphy will be based in the firm’s Dallas office.
Mr. Murphy comes to Houlihan Lokey after more than two decades at KPMG where he was a principal in the firm’s deal advisory group. Mr. Murphy served on the firm’s US private equity leadership team and was responsible for some of KPMG’s largest private equity relationships.
