Hilary Fleischer Promoted to Partner

Strattam Capital has promoted Hilary Fleischer to partner. Ms. Fleischer joined Strattam during the firm’s launch in 2014, prior to its first investment or fund, and in that time has led several successful platform investments and add-on acquisitions.

“We are thrilled to announce Hilary’s promotion,” said Bob Morse, Strattam’s founding manager partner. “Since joining the firm in 2014, Hilary has been a thought leader both within the firm and across the portfolio company boards on which she serves.” Ms. Fleischer is a member of the boards of Blacksmith Applications, Contegix and SSB.

Strattam makes control investments in founder-led, independent, B2B software technology companies located outside of Silicon Valley that have enterprise values of up to $100 million and revenues from $10 million to $30 million. In February 2019, Strattam closed Strattam Capital Investment Fund II LP at an above-target $230 million. The firm’s earlier fund closed in 2015 with $109 million of capital.

“With over a decade of experience, Hilary’s investment acumen and industry knowledge are widely recognized,” added Bill Pade, the chairman of Strattam. “Hilary continues to play a key role both identifying and executing exceptional opportunities with founders and CEOs, connecting them with the people, process and scale to help their organizations reach their potential.”

Prior to joining Strattam, Ms. Fleischer was an associate at KKR, where she was active with due diligence, deal execution, and portfolio company oversight.  Earlier in her career, she was a mergers and acquisitions analyst at Lazard.

Ms. Fleischer earned her Bachelor of Applied Science degree from the University of Pennsylvania and her MBA from Stanford University.
