Owner Resource Group has made an investment in OTR International, a manufacturer of specialized tires.
OTR International operates through three subsidiaries – OTR Wheel Engineering, Silverstone, and OTR Canada – and is a manufacturer and provider of specialized off-the-road tires, wheels, mounted tire-wheel assemblies and rubber tracks for the construction, lawn and garden, mining, and agriculture end-markets.
Customers of OTR include multinational original equipment manufacturers and aftermarket customers. The company was founded in 1987 by CEO Fred Taylor and is headquartered in Rome, GA (www.otrwheel.com).
