AVI-SPL, a portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital, has acquired Interactive Solutions (ISI), a provider of communication services. H.I.G. acquired AVI-SPL in April 2016.
ISI provides audio visual and video conferencing (AV/VC) and unified communications (UC) services to corporate, higher education, healthcare, and government customers. The company specializes in the design and integration of audiovisual systems technology for meeting and collaborative spaces, digital signage solutions, classroom technologies and lecture theaters.
ISI was founded in 1996 by its CEO Jay Myers and has offices in Memphis (headquarters) and Nashville (www.isitn.com).

AVI-SPL is a provider of enterprise-class audio visual and video conferencing services. AVI-SPL was formed in 2008 by Silver Lake Partners through the merger of Audio Visual Innovations (AVI) and Signal Perfection Ltd. (SPL).
