Montage Partners has made an investment in Puroflux Corporation in partnership with Puroflux management led by Dennis Jamison, Kevin Carter, and Neil Diorio.
Puroflux is a manufacturer of commercial and industrial water filtration systems. The company offers a variety of filtration products that satisfy most applications and its standard units are designed to handle a range of pressures and flows. The company’s systems can also be custom engineered to fit specific applications and configurations.
Puroflux’s products, which include permanent media filters, separators, disc filters, and control panels, are sold globally in 13 countries across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and North Africa.
The company was co-founded by Henry Greenberg in 1994 and is headquartered near Los Angeles in Simi Valley, CA (www.puroflux.com). Mr. Greenberg will continue to lead the company alongside Dennis Jamison, Kevin Carter, and Neil Diorio. “I am excited at the prospect of having the Puroflux team working alongside Montage Partners.
