Blue Point Enters Promotional Products

Blue Point Capital Partners has acquired Spector & Co., a supplier of products to the promotional products industry.

Spector & Co. provides writing instruments, journals and other office related products that are used by advertisers and brands for gifts, new employee and customer appreciation packages, and event handouts. The company imports many of its products and also produces products at its 65,000 sq. ft. facility and headquarters in Montreal. Spector & Co. was founded in 1950 (
