Rockbridge Acquires Kings III

Rockbridge Growth Equity has acquired Kings III Emergency Communications, a provider of emergency monitoring services to building owners and property managers.

Kings III provides turnkey emergency monitoring services for building owners and property managers including hardware, installation, monitoring and maintenance services for its on-site emergency phones. The company’s services and products are used by more than 23,000 customers in elevators, at poolside’s, in stairwells, in parking garages, on parking lots, with AEDs (Automated External Defibrillators), in parks, greenbelts, stadiums and arena locations. Kings III was founded in 1989 and is based in Dallas (www.kingsiii.com).

According to Rockbridge, Kings III is unique because it is fully integrated to provide turnkey services. The company not only designs, engineers and manufacturers its equipment, but also has a state-of-the-art, 24/7 emergency dispatch center staffed with operators that have higher certification levels than are often required in 911 emergency response centers.
