Thoma Bravo Acquires MedeAnalytics

mede nf1Thoma Bravo has completed its buy of MedeAnalytics, a provider of cloud-based financial performance analytics for the healthcare industry. Current investors Bain Capital Ventures and Emergence Capital Partners remain as minority shareholders.

MedeAnalytics is used by healthcare companies to analyze patient data to improve financial performance by strengthening core operations and improving the quality of patient care. MedeAnalytics’ cloud-based tools have been used by over 1,500 hospitals, health systems, health plans, and state Medicaid programs.  The company is led by its CEO Andy Hurd and is headquartered north of Oakland in Emeryville, CA (
