Schryver Medical Sales and Marketing, a portfolio company of Revelstoke Capital Partners, has acquired Quality Mobile X-Ray Services.
Quality Mobile X-Ray Services is a regional provider of mobile diagnostic x‐ray services, as well as mobile ultrasound and other diagnostic testing services to customers in Middle and Western Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, Mississippi, and Arkansas. The company has approximately 400 customers comprised of long term care facilities, state prison and jail systems, assisted living centers, home health companies, and various other public institutions. Quality Mobile has approximately 100 employees and is based in Nashville (www.qualityxray.com).

Schryver Medical, acquired by Revelstoke in July 2014, is a provider of mobile imaging diagnostics, clinical laboratory services, oxygen therapy and durable medical equipment rental. Schryver serves nearly 2,400 long term post-acute facilities, assisted-living centers, and skilled nursing facilities, as well as numerous homecare patients.
