Peak Rock Adds New SVP to Lead Business Development

peak rock nf1Peak Rock Capital has named Ryan Fitch as a new Senior Vice President of the firm.  Mr. Fitch will be responsible for leading Peak Rock’s business development group.

Mr. Fitch previously spent nearly a decade as part of the business development team at Platinum Equity, where he was responsible for deal origination and managing strategic relationships with corporate sellers, investment banks and other intermediaries.  Mr. Fitch earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley.

Also today, Peak Rock announced that Matthew Puglisi is joining the firm as a Vice President.  Mr. Puglisi recently graduated from Harvard Business School and was previously a Senior Associate at Wind Point Partners.  He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Citigroup.   Additionally, Trina Segura has joined the Peak Rock finance team as a Senior Accountant.  Previously, she was a Senior Accountant at TPG Capital and Ernst & Young.
