john clark nf1CVC Capital Partners has added John Clark to the firm as a new Managing Partner based in New York. Mr. Clark will focus on middle-market, growth-oriented private equity investments in the technology, software and technology-enabled business services sectors.

Mr. Clark comes to the firm from Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe where he was a General Partner, a Member of the Management Committee and a Director of Paycom Software, Peak 10, NEWAsurion, Savvis, Lytx and other companies.
