Resilience Acquires Avionics International Supply

ais nfAerospace Products International, a portfolio company of Resilience Capital Partners, has acquired the assets of Avionics International Supply. Resilience Capital Partners acquired Aerospace Products International in March 2013.

Avionics International Supply is a wholesale distribution and repair services company. The company’s main focus is the procurement and sale of new and used parts and supplies, tooling and test equipment and other supplementary services and programs that are all designed to support aircraft repair facilities.
