Andrew Cozewith has joined Monroe Capital as a new Managing Director in the firm’s Atlanta office. Mr. Cozewith will lead the firm’s national media practice.

Andrew has had an extensive financial career working with middle market companies across the media, information and communications industries. He will be responsible for leading our media lending efforts in addition to originating cash flow and enterprise value based loans in private equity sponsored and non-sponsored transactions.”
Prior to joining Monroe, Mr. Cozewith worked at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, CIT Group and GE Capital, where he was responsible for transaction sourcing, structuring, deal execution and monitoring of portfolio companies. He began his career at Royal Bank of Canada, specializing in the media and communications industry. Mr. Cozewith received his MBA from Fordham University and his BS in Finance from Indiana University.
