TA Associates has hired Tony Marsh as Director of Capital Markets. In this newly created position, Mr. Marsh will lead all new acquisition financings and capital markets activities for TA portfolio companies, as well as manage the firm’s relationships with corporate finance providers.
Mr. Marsh joins TA from Credit Suisse Securities, where he served as a Director, providing senior sponsor relationship coverage and executing transactions for key accounts. He advised clients on capital market trends and strategic decisions, including acquisitions, divestitures and capital structure alternatives. Previously, he was a Controller at Mack Trucks. Mr. Marsh received a BS in Business Management from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
