TSG Consumer Partners Names New Operating Partners

TSG Consumer Partners has appointed Diane Miles and Rob Leibowitz as Operating Partners.

miles nfMs. Miles joins TSG Consumer Partners as an Operating Partner for Beauty, serving as an advisor to the beauty and personal care brands within TSG’s portfolio. She has more than 25 years of experience building premier skincare, makeup and fragrance brands across the globe. Ms. Miles was most recently CEO of Perricone MD, a TSG portfolio company. She previously served as the president of Bare Escentuals and CEO of Benefit Cosmetics, part of the Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy (LVMH) portfolio.

rob nf1Mr. Leibowitz brings more than 25 years of general management and brand building experience to his role as an Operating Partner at TSG. With an extensive background in global and domestic consumer packaged goods companies, Mr. Leibowitz is serving as CEO of Raybern Foods and Operating Partner to food and pet care brands within TSG’s portfolio. Prior to joining TSG, he was General Manager of Del Monte Foods’ $2 billion Pet Products Division and spent more than 20 years at Mars Incorporated in general management, marketing, innovation, and sales roles across its Petcare, Snackfood, and Ice Cream sectors.

TSG Consumer Partners makes control and non-control investments of $15 million to $100 million in companies with EBITDAs of $3 million to $50 million where there is an opportunity to enhance value by extending brand, expanding distribution and/or improving operations.
