Middle market investment bank Quarton Partners has hired Gene Bitonti, Eric Van Dam and Abe Fadel to its team.

Gene Bitonti joins Quarton as a Director. Mr. Bitonti has over eleven years of investment banking experience representing clients in sell-side merger and acquisitions, private placements of senior and subordinated debt and corporate restructurings. Prior to joining Quarton Partners, Mr. Bitonti was a senior professional at KPMG Corporate Finance and P&M Corporate Finance. Mr. Bitonti graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and a Masters in Business Administration.
Eric Van Dam joins Quarton Partners as a Vice President. Mr. Van Dam has over seven years of capital markets experience. Most recently, Mr. Van Dam worked for Kingdon Capital, a New York based hedge fund. Prior to joining Kingdon, Mr. Van Dam held positions at Vestar Capital Partners, Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers. Mr. Van Dam graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance.
Abe Fadel joins Quarton Partners as an Analyst. Mr. Fadel began his investment banking career at Montgomery & Co. where he worked in the digital media and internet group. Mr. Fadel graduated from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
