Century Park Capital Partners has added three new members to its team with the hiring of Zack Harrison, Pierce Coticchia, and Rachel Itwaru. The three new hires will assist the firm with its investment and deal origination efforts.
Zack Harrison joins the firm as an Analyst. He will assist with due diligence and the execution of growth equity and buyout transactions. Mr. Harrison will also monitor the performance of portfolio companies. Prior to joining Century Park, he was an Analyst at UBS Securities’ Technology Investment Banking Group in San Francisco covering the software, hardware, internet and semiconductor industries. Mr. Harrison earned a BS degree in Accounting from Brigham Young.
Pierce Coticchia joins the firm as a Business Development Associate. His primarily responsibilities include deal origination and qualification. Prior to joining Century Park, he was a Senior Associate with Revolution Capital Group, a Los Angeles based private equity firm. Mr. Coticchia earned a BBA degree in Finance with a minor in Italian from the Notre Dame.
Rachel Itwaru joins the firm as a Marketing Associate. Her primary responsibilities include marketing and deal origination. Prior to joining Century Park, she was an Analyst with Capcelona Advisors, a Los Angeles based private equity firm. Ms. Itwaru earned a BA degree in Anthropology from Harvard.
Century Park Capital Partners invests from $10 million to $50 million in profitable, growing middle-market companies with operating cash flows of at least $4 million and revenues ranging from $25 million to $150 million.
