Sweetmore Heads West with Fantasy Baking

Shore Capital’s bakery platform has added a 47-year-old California cookie and bar maker, with Monroe Capital co-leading the debt.

Fantasy Baking makes cookies and bars that grocers, foodservice operators and food brands sell under their own names, including wire-cut, rotary-molded and fruit-filled cookies, protein and breakfast bars, and baked pieces that ice cream manufacturers fold into their products.
