F2 Strategy, a consulting, managed services and research firm for wealth management, bank and trust, and asset servicing clients, has acquired Callaway Cloud Consulting, a technology engineering firm. Callaway designs, builds, integrates and stabilizes the software systems companies run on, including Salesforce implementations, cloud infrastructure, data engineering and custom artificial intelligence tools, and has completed more than 1,500 projects over 12 years. Callaway is based in Jackson Hole, Wyo.
F2 Strategy is a portfolio company of Renovus Capital Partners, which lists it among the holdings of its third fund. Callaway CEO Brandon Gage will join F2 as a managing director, and Callaway will move to the F2 Strategy brand in early 2027. F2 CEO Ryan Beach said clients increasingly want a partner that can both set a technology direction and supply the engineering to build, integrate and optimize it. F2 has offices in Boston, West Chester, Pa., Montreal and Toronto.
