engage2learn, a Leeds Equity Partners portfolio company, has acquired Instructional Coaching Group. engage2learn trains and coaches the people who run American classrooms, providing leadership coaching and teacher development to K-12 school districts along with GroweLab, an AI-assisted platform that pulls a district’s professional learning into one data-driven system. Founded in 2011, the company works with districts on student outcomes and teacher retention.
Founded in 2006, ICG produces professional development content, events and services for coaches, teachers and administrators, built around research-based coaching frameworks including the Impact Cycle and the Instructional Playbook and delivered through consulting, institutes, online learning, published resources and the annual Teaching Learning Coaching Conference. Jim Knight, ICG’s co-founder, said the partnership will help the group make progress toward a positive impact on students’ learning, engagement and well-being. The purchase is engage2learn’s third acquisition of 2026. New York-based Leeds Equity invests in the knowledge industries.
