Vector Building Products, the commercial interiors platform Centre Lane Partners established in 2025, has acquired Prestige Distribution. Prestige sells, delivers and installs the fixtures that finish out a commercial building’s interior — it lays out the washroom on paper, ships the parts and sends the crews that hang them. Its lines run to toilet partitions, hand dryers, dispensers, grab bars, mirrors, changing stations, lockers and fire extinguisher cabinets, sold to general contractors, developers and national retailers.
Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Northbrook, Illinois, Prestige also operates from Grapevine, Texas. Founder and co-owner David Waxman called joining Vector a new chapter and said the company has always aimed to give customers dependable expertise. Co-owner Adi Klinghofer becomes chief operating officer of Vector. John Krawczyk, chief executive officer of Vector, said the deal extends the platform into key markets.
