Flow Service Partners installs, services and replaces the heating, cooling, refrigeration and plumbing systems that keep commercial buildings running, working through locally branded contractors across several U.S. regions. The Nashville company, backed by Quad-C Management, has acquired Altman Air Conditioning of Lake Park, Florida.
Founded in 1985, Altman handles commercial air conditioning and mechanical service, equipment replacement and repair across South Florida, and keeps its name and brand while drawing on Flow’s technology and operational support. Daniel Youman, chief executive of Flow, said Altman is a natural fit and will complement Cortez, a Flow business already serving Florida’s commercial market. Jack Walker, a partner at Quad-C, said the investment advances Flow’s strategy of building density in attractive markets. Flow was formed in 2021, and Quad-C, founded in 1989 and based in Charlottesville, Virginia, invested in November 2024.
