Linden Capital Partners has acquired ArtesRx from Flexpoint Ford. ArtesRx fills and manages prescriptions for people on complicated daily drug regimens, packaging doses by time of day, delivering them and coaching patients so they stay on therapy. Its patients have serious mental illness, substance use disorders, or intellectual and developmental disabilities. The company runs 16 pharmacies in 15 states under local names including Parkview Health Services and Monument Pharmacy, and reports roughly 35,000 patients a month.
Formed in 2023, ArtesRx is led by chief executive officer Dom Meffe, who said he is proud of the culture his team built and its effect on patients. Piyush Shukla, a partner at Linden, said the company is distinctive where behavioral health and pharmacy meet, and joins the board. Houlihan Lokey advised ArtesRx; Cantor Fitzgerald advised Linden. Linden, founded in 2004 in Chicago, invests only in healthcare and manages about $14 billion.
