DC Advisory Expands Global Financial Sponsors Coverage

DC Advisory, an international investment bank that advises companies and private equity firms on mergers, acquisitions, debt raisings, and restructurings, has expanded its global Financial Sponsors Group (FSG) across Asia, Europe, and the US. The team now numbers more than 40 professionals, including a UK group led by Andrew Strudwick, senior bankers who manage sponsor relationships across Europe, and a growing US presence following three FSG hires in 2026, among them Yaron Redlich and Matthew Eichenblatt. In Asia, the firm’s Japan team provides dedicated sponsor coverage, complemented by an expanding Southeast Asia presence after the appointment of Roy Toledano as managing director and head of Singapore investment banking.Financial sponsors account for a substantial share of DC Advisory’s client base. Over the past 12 months, the firm advised on 184 transactions globally, 60 of them cross-border, with 88 — or 48% — involving sponsors or sponsor-backed companies, and 116, or 63%, involving a sponsor-related client or counterparty. The firm’s coverage spans aerospace, defense and government services; business and tech-enabled services; consumer, leisure and retail; education; financial services; healthcare; industrials; infrastructure; media and telecom; real estate; and technology and software, alongside product teams in debt advisory and restructuring, GP strategic advisory, and private capital markets.
