Rubicon Technology Partners has made a majority growth investment in CaseWorthy, a Salt Lake City-based provider of case and program management software for nonprofit and government human services organizations.CaseWorthy’s platform serves more than 1,000 nonprofits and government agencies across aging services, behavioral health, homelessness and housing, workforce development, veterans services, and family services, managing more than 15 million individual and family cases and more than 4 billion services delivered to date. The investment will support product development, expansion of the company’s AI capabilities, and strategic acquisitions. Aaron Watson serves as CEO. Alex Kleiner, a partner at Rubicon, led the investment.
Rubicon manages over $4 billion in assets under management and maintains offices in Boulder, New Haven, and San Mateo. Moelis & Company was the financial advisor to CaseWorthy.
