Ridgeline Roofing Continues Build

Ridgeline Roofing & Restoration has acquired Fremont Roofing Company, a roofing and exterior services provider serving Nebraska and Iowa. Founded in 2011 by JB Harris, Fremont Roofing provides roofing installation and repair, siding, gutters, and gutter guard systems to residential and commercial customers across the greater Omaha and Council Bluffs metro area and surrounding rural communities. The acquisition is Ridgeline’s sixth since its founding in 2020.

Ridgeline provides residential and commercial re-roofing and restoration services including roof repairs, full replacements, and storm damage restoration, along with siding and gutter installation, across Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Mississippi, Florida, Minnesota, and now Nebraska. Chris Baldus continues as chief executive officer. The company is backed by Bertram Capital, which invested in Ridgeline in January 2024 as the first platform for its Bertram Ignite strategy targeting companies with EBITDA of $3 million to $7.5 million. JB Harris will remain with the business.

Bertram, founded in 2006 and headquartered in Foster City, California, has raised over $4 billion in capital commitments since inception. Zach Bassi led the Bertram deal team.
