Prodos and Manolin Launch Ambulance Platform

Prodos Capital and Manolin Investment Group have invested in Procare Ambulance, a Baltimore-based provider of non-emergency and emergency interfacility medical transportation serving the Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia markets.Founded in 2005 by Debbie Ailiff and led by CEO Mark Bucholtz, Procare operates BLS, ALS, specialty and critical care transport, wheelchair and bariatric, and medical standby services and has maintained 100% customer retention since its founding. The company is the only approved private commercial EMS provider of Mobile Integrated Healthcare (MIH) services in Maryland. The new investment will support geographic expansion into Virginia, scaling of the MIH program, and fleet and workforce investment. Tecum Capital, Genesis Park Capital, and SharpVue Capital provided growth capital. Dr. Thom Mayer joins as operating partner. Hyde Park Capital served as exclusive financial advisor to Procare.

Prodos, an independent sponsor focused on lower middle-market founder-led businesses, is led by co-founder and managing partner Douglas Song. Manolin, a Nashville-based independent sponsor, is led by co-founder Gerald Clark.
