Paul Hastings Keeps Hiring, Adds PE Partner Brian Miner

Brian Miner has joined Paul Hastings as a partner in New York, arriving from Dechert. Mr. Miner advises private equity firms on domestic and international M&A transactions across asset management, insurance, life sciences and healthcare, and energy and manufacturing, with particular experience in GP stakes and other minority and control investments in asset managers. Representative matters include advising Industry Ventures in its GP stake investment from Petershill and subsequent sale to Goldman Sachs for up to $965 million, and HPS Investment Partners in its GP stake investment from Blue Owl Capital. Mr. Miner is the eighth private equity partner to join Paul Hastings in New York, Boston, and London over the past eight months.
