John Foy & Associates, an Atlanta personal injury firm known for more than two decades of representing injury victims across Georgia, has become a co-founding partner of Orion Legal MSO, the managed service organization backed by Uplift Investors that serves plaintiff law firms. John Foy, the firm’s founder and chief executive, will retain full ownership and continue directing its legal practice while joining Orion’s National Advisory Board.
The partnership is Orion’s third, following its founding agreement with Dudley DeBosier Injury Lawyers and a more recent partnership with Hughes & Coleman Injury Lawyers. Orion will provide John Foy & Associates with non-legal operational support, including marketing, finance, technology, talent, and administrative infrastructure. Chad Dudley, Orion’s CEO, and Doug Rosenstein, managing partner of Uplift, both highlighted the partnership as part of the platform’s national expansion.
Uplift is a middle-market private equity firm based in Darien, Connecticut. Its sectors of interest include knowledge & talent solutions, legal services, financial services, technical trades, and industrial services.
