Graham’s Becklar is Watching

Becklar, a critical event monitoring and emergency response platform backed by Graham Partners, has acquired Legacy Security Services, a wholesale monitoring provider headquartered in Greenville, South Carolina.

Legacy supports dealers and service providers serving approximately 200,000 end users nationwide. As a wholesale monitoring provider, the company operates the behind-the-scenes monitoring infrastructure used by independent alarm dealers and security companies, providing 24/7 monitoring and response services across fire and intrusion alarms, personal emergency response systems, remote video monitoring, and workforce safety applications.

The acquisition marks Becklar’s second add-on since Graham Partners invested in the company and its 11th acquisition overall since 2021, continuing the platform’s expansion across the broader life-safety and critical communications markets.Becklar provides critical event monitoring, emergency response, and communication services through a portfolio of brands serving the security, personal health and safety, and workforce safety sectors. The company operates multiple monitoring centers and supports customers across North America. Graham Partners acquired Becklar in 2024 and since then the company has continued to expand both organically and through acquisitions.

Graham Partners is headquartered in suburban Philadelphia and invests in technology-driven manufacturing and technology-enabled services businesses with up to $50 million of EBITDA. Since its founding, the firm has completed more than 160 acquisitions and investments and managed approximately $5 billion of regulatory assets under management as of March 31, 2026.
