Aero Accessories, the ATL Partners-backed aerospace component MRO platform headquartered in Miramar, Florida, has acquired New Generation Aerospace and Tri-County Aerospace, both Miami-based specialists in aircraft component rewind and power generation repair.
New Generation was founded in 2010 and Tri-County in 2003; both serve passenger airlines, cargo operators, and FAA repair stations. Orlando Fernandez, who serves as president of both companies, will continue in that role. The dual acquisition is Aero Accessories’ fourth add-on since ATL Partners acquired it in May 2022, following AOG Accessories (February 2024), Aero Instruments & Avionics (November 2024), and AirGroup America (2024). The company now operates approximately 140,000 square feet of flight equipment workspace across Miramar, Miami, Buffalo, and Pittsburgh. David Vail serves as CEO.
ATL Partners, founded in 2014 and headquartered in New York, invests exclusively in commercial aerospace, national security, and transportation and logistics companies. Frank Nash founded the firm and led the deal team.
