Stone-Goff Builds CRE Tech Platform With 5Q Deal

Stone-Goff Partners has invested in 5Q Partners and backed the company’s acquisition of One11 Advisors from Altus Group, a Toronto-based commercial real estate software, data and advisory company.Atlanta-based 5Q provides IT, cybersecurity and operational technology services for commercial real estate owners and operators, including multifamily and student housing properties. Founded in 2014, the company supports more than 80 clients across over 950 properties.

The acquisition of One11 adds property management software advisory and application support services across major proptech platforms. Stone-Goff said the investment will support hiring, technology investments and additional acquisitions as demand grows for integrated technology services in commercial real estate. Wade Hughes will continue leading 5Q as CEO. Rob Bosco and Hannah Stone Craven led the acquisition for Stone-Goff.

Deloitte Corporate Finance advised 5Q, while Fredrikson & Byron served as legal counsel to Stone-Goff. LongWater Opportunities Fund provided debt financing.
