Good Springs Dives Into Water Infrastructure With SES Deal

Good Springs Capital has completed an investment in Snyder Environmental Services (SES), a West Virginia-headquartered contractor serving water, stormwater and wastewater infrastructure markets. Founded in 1979, SES provides pipe replacement and installation, trenchless rehabilitation, inspection, maintenance and treatment plant operations services across the Mid-Atlantic region.Good Springs said the investment targets growing demand for upgrades to aging U.S. water infrastructure. SES will continue to be led by founder Lee Snyder and CEO Brandon Duriez. The company specializes in large-diameter transmission lines, wastewater treatment facilities and other technically complex infrastructure projects.

Good Springs, founded in 2023 through a partnership with The Chickasaw Nation, invests in industrial and services businesses. David Van Geyzel and Udi Toledano led the transaction for Good Springs. Stifel advised Good Springs, while Brook Run Partners advised SES.
