Fortify Restoration Adds On with Beaches Buy

Osceola Capital-backed Fortify Restoration acquired Beaches Construction, a Panama City Beach, FL-based structural restoration contractor serving commercial and multifamily properties across the Florida Panhandle, Jacksonville and Tampa. Founded in 1999, Beaches performs concrete restoration, waterproofing, painting and exterior rehabilitation work for high-rise condominiums, hotels and commercial buildings. The deal marks Fortify’s third acquisition since the platform launched in June 2025.The acquisition extends Fortify’s reach beyond South Florida following its earlier partnership with Beach Contracting. Fortify provides structural restoration and building recertification services across Florida and the Southeast, including concrete repair, waterproofing and exterior replacement work. Osceola Capital, based in Tampa, backs the platform as part of a broader buy-and-build strategy targeting lower middle-market services businesses. Ben Moe, managing partner at Osceola Capital, and Mike Rosen, CEO of Fortify Restoration, led the transaction.
