Alvarez & Marsal has hired Jennifer Holland and Elizabeth Pearsons as managing directors to co-lead the firm’s U.S. commercial due diligence practice. Both executives joined from Bain & Company, where they were partners. New York-based Alvarez & Marsal provides restructuring, transaction advisory and performance improvement services to corporations and private equity firms.
Ms. Holland and Ms. Pearsons will help expand the firm’s commercial diligence work for private equity and corporate clients across underwriting, value creation and post-close execution. The practice combines commercial, financial, tax, IT, HR and operational diligence into a single offering. Alvarez & Marsal said the hires are part of a broader push to build integrated diligence and performance improvement capabilities tied to AI and digital tools.
