Osceola Builds Fortify

Fortify Restoration, a portfolio company of Osceola Capital, has acquired Beach Contracting, a structural restoration contractor based in Florida. Beach Contracting, founded in 2006 by Justin Zisquit, provides concrete repair, waterproofing and painting services for high-rise condominiums, hotels and commercial buildings across South Florida.The deal marks Fortify’s first add-on since its July 2025 formation and expands its presence in South Florida. Beach Contracting adds relationships with property owners and engineering firms, along with restoration and waterproofing work tied to building maintenance cycles. Fortify provides structural restoration services for large residential and commercial properties across Florida and the Southeast, including concrete repair, re-certification support and exterior upgrades. Osceola Capital backs the platform and pursues add-on acquisitions in regional markets.
