Tower Partners has combined with Beach Mill Partners, bringing Beach Mill founder Mark McLindon into the firm as managing director and head of government services. Maryland-based Tower Partners is an investment bank and advisory firm serving lower middle market companies. Beach Mill advises government contractors and related businesses on growth, M&A, business development and talent acquisition.
The combination adds government services work to Tower’s investment banking and advisory practice. Mr. McLindon has more than 30 years of experience advising and operating businesses in information technology, human resources consulting, training and staffing. Beach Mill will operate inside Tower’s platform, with Mr. McLindon leading work for GovCon clients and companies selling to federal, state and local agencies.
