Mr. Discher focuses on leveraged finance and borrower-side work, adding depth to the firm’s mid-market activity in Chicago. His hire follows recent additions to the transactions group as the firm builds out its finance bench. He is expected to support sponsor-backed deals and complex credit structures. The role expands Winston’s capacity to handle financing mandates tied to private equity activity and complements its broader transactional practice.
