GoldState Music and TA Associates have made an investment in Too Lost, alongside a senior credit facility from Pinnacle Financial Partners.
Too Lost provides technology and services that help independent artists and record labels distribute, manage, and monetize their music while maintaining ownership of their work. Its platform includes music distribution, publishing administration, white-label distribution software, marketing services, financing tools, and analytics. The company serves more than 450,000 artists, labels, studios, and investors and distributes music across more than 480 digital music platforms worldwide. Too Lost was founded in 2020 and is headquartered in New York City.The new capital will be used to support Too Lost’s expansion, including funding artist advances, music catalog acquisitions, and continued development of its technology platform. The company’s founders and management team will remain the largest shareholders and continue to lead the business.
West Palm Beach-headquartered GoldState Music was founded in 2022 by Charles Goldstuck to invest in music rights, music-related companies, and music technology businesses.
