A Pretzel Brand’s Next Chapter Takes Shape with Main Post Backing

Founder-led snack brand continues national retail expansion across major chains

Main Post Partners has made an investment in Stellar Snacks, a maker of better-for-you snacks, in partnership with founders Elisabeth Galvin and Gina Galvin.

Stellar Snacks’ products include seasoned pretzel twists, filled pretzel bites, and other limited-edition flavored snacks that are sold through national grocery, mass, club, and natural retail channels, including Costco, Target, Sprouts, Kroger, Albertsons, and Safeway, as well as through airline partnerships with Southwest and Alaska Airlines.Carson City, Nevada-headquartered Stellar Snacks was founded in 2018 by mother-daughter entrepreneurs Chief Executive Officer Elisabeth Galvin and Chief Creative Officer Gina Galvin.

Main Post’s investment follows a period of national expansion for Stellar Snacks, including increased shelf placement across major retailers and capacity additions at its Kentucky operating facility.

Main Post Partners, based in San Francisco, makes both control and non-control investments in consumer, business services, and industrial companies with revenues of $50 million to $500 million and EBITDA of $5 million to $50 million.

The firm has a record of investing in consumer food and beverage businesses, with a focus on scaling founder-led brands through expanded distribution and operational support. The firm invested in Krispy Krunchy Chicken in 2021 to support growth of its convenience-store foodservice platform, and in Smoothie King in 2025 to expand its health-focused beverage franchise. It also has experience in multi-brand restaurant franchising through Flynn Restaurant Group, in which it has been an investor since 2019.
